If you have purchased anything on dealcliff.com, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund. Prior, please send us few Images of the product you received in place of your order, If possible.

The estimated delivery time for orders on dealcliff.com is 4-10 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 15 days.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
